Ankara, Turkey – As Mustafa Kemal Ataturk pointed out, our internal front must be very strong. If the political authorities want a strong Turkey in foreign relations, they should want to make it a single body in national goals, not divide and break up the domestic front.

We can never accept that abusive headlines are thrown at the president, Turkey must take all kinds of legal and political initiatives. Polarization of Greek press:

This behavior of the Greek press is not surprising. International issues, especially Turkish – Greek relations, are used as domestic policy material. Such hostility is needed for Greek public opinion to be kept on one front. If not for such polarization, people will appear who question the tension between Turkey and Greece and try to understand what the interests of both countries really are. We have also begun to see those who conduct such interrogations in the Greek public. But this excessive tension and efforts to gather people at two separate ends prevent the voice of those who make realistic interrogations.

Greece expects other states to step in, raising tensions:

But what they don’t account for is that the balances changed a hundred years or a hundred and fifty years ago. Turkey is not a country during the collapse of the Ottoman Empire a hundred years ago. He’s learned his lesson from history. It is no longer a country that has to watch this tragedy, unfortunately, because it does not have a Navy, while its island is occupied almost every day in front of its eyes. Turkey, which is reticent in the face of Greece, which recklessly weaponizes islands that should be unarmed, is no longer there.

The region is mostly in the interest of the Greek Cypriot Administration (GCA), which does not actually change anything. The GCA and Greece want to move forward with the same goal. I can’t think of one apart from the other. The EU also wants to exclude Turkey from the seas by supporting the efforts of this duo. So whatever they wanted a hundred years ago, they want the same thing today.

EU support for Greece and threats of sanctions against Turkey:

The EU wants to exclude Turkey, especially from the Eastern Mediterranean. They want to seize much of the Eastern Mediterranean via Greece and the GCA in violation of law and Justice. Because the area they want to seize is key both in terms of economic wealth and to ensure geopolitical control.

Turkey’s success in the Mediterranean, the steps taken to make the material should not be made domestic policy, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, as stated, our internal front must be very strong. If the political authorities want a strong Turkey in foreign relations, they should want to make it a single body in national goals, not divide and break up the internal front. In foreign policy, it is in our national interest to be able to make free decisions and to have a very strong economy to frustrate humiliating threats such as sanctions.

Turkey needs to cooperate with regional states:

It is extremely difficult for a country that is alone in the international arena to solve even the most justified issue. For this reason, even superpowers can intervene in international problems by forming associations under the name of coalition. Turkey should develop its relations with other countries only on the basis of realistic national interests. We see that relations established by religion, sect or other concerns that do not apply in international relations are not in the best interest of our country. As soon as possible, Turkey should make a diplomatic attack on a regional and global scale and look for a way to improve its relations with neighboring countries, especially in the Eastern Mediterranean. If this is done, it will be seen that the interests of all the countries that make up the EU, Britain, Russia, Egypt and Israel are not the same, and Turkey will be able to develop balanced and logical cooperation in the Eastern Mediterranean.
