Ankara, Turkey – Turkey has announced Navtex for a shooting exercise between Rhodes and the island of Meis, which will be held on September 29.

Antalya Navtex station announced the Navtex decision for the current firing exercise between Rhodes and the island of Meis on September 29. Turkish warships will conduct shooting training in the region. The region has subsided somewhat after tensions between Greece and Turkey.

Navtex is known as a communication device system that provides sailors with navigational information, meteorological forecasts, urgency and information about areas where work is being done at sea. It warns against entering these areas by announcing in advance information about training and exercises that will be conducted by the Naval Forces of all countries.
