Ankara, Turkey – CHP delegation, headed by CHP Group Deputy Chairman Engin Ozkoç, paid a support visit to the Azerbaijani embassy. “Those who have eyes on the land of others cannot protect their own land. Everyone should respect the territorial integrity of their other countries. One of the most important articles of brotherhood and international peace is to respect the territory of its neighbors,” he said
A delegation consisting of Artvin Deputy Ugur Bayraktutan, Eskisehir Deputy Utku Cakirozer, Ankara Deputy Murat Emir, headed by CHP Group Deputy Ozkoç, paid a visit to support Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Ankara, Hazar Ibrahim, due to Armenia’s attack on Azerbaijan.
Ozkoç, who made a statement after the visit, said:
In violation of international law, we have learned that Armenia, which recently attacked Azerbaijani territory in violation of the ceasefire agreement, killed some of our Azerbaijani brothers and wounded some. We expressed our condolences to our ambassador about this and asked that our Wounded be healed as soon as possible. We strongly condemn Armenia, which has launched an attack on Azerbaijani territory in violation of international law. We’re not content with that. We also want to express once again that we will make our best efforts to make the righteous cause of brother Azerbaijan heard and found support all over the world.
The ambassador said: ‘Our soldiers are on their own soil. They are Armenian forces that are not on their territory. We’re not the ones attacking. It Was The Armenians Who Attacked. We’re on the defensive. We defend our citizens, our people, our rights, our law. Closely, the world needs to know.’
As CHP, we sincerely support, as of October 1, the Turkish Grand National Assembly to the whole world to announce our common voice on the CHP will fulfill all the tasks we have stated. The whole world should know that those who have eyes on other people’s land cannot protect their own land. Everyone should respect the territorial integrity of their other countries. One of the most important articles of brotherhood and international peace is to respect the territory of its neighbors. If Armenia does this and withdraws its armed forces from Azerbaijani territory as soon as possible, it will take an important step towards peace, as stated by the Azerbaijani leader. Azerbaijan also has no other preconditions. They are fighting for their land. They are even fighting for peace, even reconciliation. Turkey is on their side in their rightful cause. Our eyes are full with the delegation. Two flags stood side by side as the ambassador greeted us. ‘We hold not only our own flag, but also the flag of our brother, who is two states of one nation, side by side,’ he said. We left the meeting, which began with these feelings, expressing our support and sincere feelings. Once again, we call on the world to support Azerbaijan’s Just Cause, and we condemn the aggressive Armenia for doing this.”
